3-The stained-glass windows of the choir
Upon entering the church, our gaze is attracted by this red light behind
the high altar, but also a forest of pillars.
This new set of stained glass windows is by Pierre CHEVALLEY
in 1956/1957 (born March 6, 1926 in Yverdon-les-Bains and died May 8, 2006).
–
All these stained glass windows in the choir show themselves like a burning bush
(red color of fire), in their expression taken from the Old Testament.
The reading of the stained glass evokes justice.
That of god as That of men.
